Synopsis from Goodreads:
Isaac and Stacy Montgomery have been married for ten years. They have a beautiful new baby girl, Isaac’s construction business is thriving, and Stacy enjoys being a stay at home mom, reviewing sexy romance novels for her blog. With a very large extended family, and the many privileges they enjoy, Stacy will be the first to admit that they are blessed beyond measure.
When suspicious phone calls and text messages begin, Stacy questions Isaac’s faithfulness for the first time in their marriage. She knows that a new baby brings changes into a relationship, but has the stress of parenthood sent Isaac into another woman’s arms, threatening to destroy their marriage?
This With Me In Seattle novella shows us a glimpse into Jules’ brother, Isaac, and his wife Stacy’s lives, introduces us to some new characters, and reminds us of what it means to reconnect with the person you love the most, even if they never left in the first place.
My Thoughts:
This novella was a true gift, in of itself. I was taken away immediately. I was found breathless at points in this book, and certainly was smiling an awful lot. I also shed a tear or ten. The writing was beautiful, and the characters are just as beautiful as were Nat and Luke in, "Come Away With Me."
In, "Under The Mistletoe " we are able to get a better insight into the lives of Isaac and Stacy Montgomery. (We met them a few times in, "Come Away With Me.") These two have a wonderful connection, a love like no other. You feel it when they stare into each others eyes. They know the ins and outs of one another. They have created a beautiful being, after years of unsuccessful IVF treatments. But after ten loving years they are pretty much at a crossroads after having a baby. Isaac loves his wife dearly, and would give a right arm to prove it. He knows things are amiss in their marriage, but isn't quite sure what needs to be done in order to fix it. Stacy loves her hubby just as much, and is really feeling like life has took a turn for the pooper.

Isaac and Stacy both know that things need to be spiced up; that their needs are waiting to be met, and their love needs to continue to grow. But what are they to do? Will they be able to fit all of this into their hectic busy schedules? Can they continue to be the doting parents, and have the sexual appetite they both have lost? And can they still feel desirable at then end of the day?
I am blown away, I love Stacy and Isaac. I would love if we got a whole book dedicated to this family, just throwing it out there ;) I really love me some steamy yumminess in books, and this book delivered in the whole 59 pages that it is! Just in case you needed more of this delightful series, "Fight With Me, (With Me in Seattle #2)" will be released in early January, this should hold you over until then :)
