Thanks be to Santa Claus and Madeline Sheehan. Unbeautifully is the gift you One-Click yourself.

WARNING: This is not your Momma's romance. No guaranteed HEAs here, folks. If you want down and dirty, illegal, cussin', fightin' cheatin' hot, bad asses...please continue. I dare ya.

First of all this is not a stand alone read. You could read it without reading the first one in the series, Undeniable, but why would you? Why would you purposely not read a book that has Madeline Sheehan's Author DNA all over it. You know it is going to be epic goodness with some seriously sexy chromosomes to boot.

Danny is the daughter of Deuce, the Prez of a Motorcycle Club (MC for those of us in the know). Yeah. You guessed it. I am not that cool. So back to Danny. She has had a crush on Ripper for years. She has grown up watching him screw around and whore it up. He is 14 years older than her, so she is just his friend's daughter. Until the night he notices her. As in...Notices. Her. Then all bets are off. He tries so hard to not take advantage of her. Well, lets be honest. He only tried for about 7 minutes. But those were some tough 7 minutes. Thats like 560 whole seconds!

Synopsis
… Not every Beast is a prince charming at heart and not every Beauty is a maiden just waiting for love…

Calia Thorn has lived her entire life in a small town sheltered by the Cold King’s mountain. Working day and night to care for her younger siblings, complete her unending chores and please her selfish, lazy mother has left her with few dreams for her own future.

But then even those meager hopes are taken from her when the Cold King comes down from his mountain to demand a new servant. Ungraceful, unladylike, undesired and unwanted by even her own family, Calia is chosen to be sent to the palace.

The Cold King has lived for three hundred years under a curse imposed by his own father. With no hope of ever breaking it, he settles for keeping his heart frozen against any pain— or hope.

When his new servant arrives, she challenges him in ways no one ever has and sparks fly. But not every Beast is a prince charming at heart and not every beauty is a maiden just waiting for love.

Sometimes happily ever after isn’t so easy…

The Cold King is a dark retelling of Beauty and the Beast.
